“Read spreadsheets for a living. Motherhood made me realize women’s health data is the most fragmented and overlooked dataset in the world. Fixing it!”

Lucy brings a background in global financial services and an Ivy League MBA to a problem that most healthcare systems have ignored. Her expertise is in data systems, pattern recognition, and building frameworks that turn noise into signal.

Motherhood exposed the gap. Building Women Led Health is her way of closing it.

Our Mission

Women Led Health exists to help women move beyond vague “normal” ranges and fragmented advice toward a more personalized, data-informed understanding of their bodies. We believe better health starts with better information — and that women's health is a systems problem worth fixing.

The core problem is structural: women's health data is fragmented, inconsistent, and measured against population averages too broad to be useful. Standard reference ranges were not designed around female physiology or life-stage transitions. Postpartum recovery is under-measured and under-supported. Women are often told they're “fine” when they are simply surviving.

Our approach treats this as a data problem and a systems design problem — combining personal insight, longitudinal tracking, micronutrient science, and pattern recognition. The goal is a framework that fits individual biology, not just population statistics.

What we believe

  • Common is not the same as optimal.

  • Personal baselines matter more than population averages.

  • Postpartum deserves far more serious attention than it gets.

  • Nutrition and micronutrients are foundational, not optional.

  • Women need a framework, not just information.

  • Healthier women create healthier futures.
