What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, and the fact that you agreed to hear from us. We also record when you signed up and what browser you used.

When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. We also record when you sent it and what browser you used.

We use your IP address to stop bots from flooding both forms. We don’t store it.

We don’t ask for health information. There is no field on this site for symptoms, conditions, medications, or test results, and we’d rather you didn’t put them in a message either. If you do, we treat it as confidential, we don’t use it for anything, and we’ll delete it if you ask.

What we do with it

We email you about early access and launch news. We use ZIP codes to decide where to launch first. If you write to us, we use your message and email address to reply. That’s it.

We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Where it lives

Signups and contact messages are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The site is hosted by Netlify. We also load typefaces from Google Fonts and an accessibility toolbar from UserWay, both of which see your IP address when a page loads.

When you write to us through the contact form, a copy of your message is also delivered to our own inbox by Resend, an email service in the United States. They handle it only to deliver it to us.

We don’t use an email platform for newsletters or launch updates yet. When we do, we’ll name it here before we send anything.

Your choices

Email womenleadhealth@gmail.com and we’ll tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you — whichever you ask for. No charge, no questions. We aim to reply within 30 days.

We keep your signup, and any message you send us, until you ask us to delete it. This site is for adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

This isn’t medical care

Women Led Health is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider and we don’t hold medical records. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. If the change affects information you’ve already given us, we’ll email you first.
